San Francisco (Lord Media): Meta has announced significant changes to Facebook through the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technology to enhance user engagement. According to the company’s blog post, new AI features have been introduced on Facebook that will transform content discovery, creation, and interaction.
A major change in Facebook is the introduction of ‘AI Mode’, allowing users to ask questions in simple language and receive answers from public posts. By altering the search mechanism, Meta has also partnered with broadcasters, athletes, and creators.
New editing tools have been added to enhance users’ video content. AI-based photo presets have also been introduced, enabling users to view their outfits and hairstyles in different styles.
Previously, Facebook introduced several AI features, including animated profile photos in February 2026, which breathe new life into static images.
