18-year-old sets new T20 record for Pakistan

Young pacer Ali Raza delivered a sensational performance in the ongoing Pakistan Super League, scripting history with a match-winning hat-trick for Peshawar Zalmi.

The 18-year-old fast bowler achieved the feat at the Gaddafi Stadium during a high-pressure final over against Karachi Kings. At just 18 years and 35 days, he became the youngest Pakistani bowler to claim a hat-trick in T20 cricket.

The dramatic moment unfolded in the decisive last over, where Ali Raza held his nerve under intense pressure. He first dismissed Khushdil Shah, who was out hit-wicket while attempting a yorker. On the very next delivery, Shahid Aziz was bowled by another pinpoint yorker.

Completing the hat-trick in style, Ali Raza delivered a blistering 149.1 km/h ball that clean bowled Hasan Ali, sealing a memorable moment.

He finished with impressive figures of four wickets for 41 runs, also claiming the key wicket of David Warner during the innings.

Thanks to his heroics, Karachi Kings were restricted to 182 runs, and Peshawar Zalmi comfortably chased down the target to secure a seven-wicket victory.
