Pakistani-origin karate athlete Raja Rehan has won a silver medal in the seniors 60kg category at the 12th Central Poland Open 2026.
According to foreign media reports, Raja Rehan achieved the feat while representing Germany at the international event, which featured participation from 81 teams and around 900 athletes.
During the competition, part of an international kyokushin karate championship, Raja Rehan advanced to the final after defeating his opponent from Azerbaijan in the semi-final.
In the final bout, he faced a competitor from host nation Poland, ultimately securing the silver medal after a strong performance.
His achievement highlights the growing presence of Pakistani-origin athletes on the international stage, particularly in combat sports.
