Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan has revealed that he feels nervous walking the red carpet alongside his wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.
Speaking during a podcast, Abhishek said attending major events and red carpets is already challenging for him, but the experience becomes even more intimidating when he is accompanied by Aishwarya.
“Have you seen my wife on the red carpet? She is a pro and looks extremely confident,” he said, adding that he often feels like a “block of wood” in comparison, unsure of how to pose or where to place his hands.
He shared that photographers frequently ask him to smile, as he tends to appear uncomfortable in front of the camera.
Recalling an incident, Abhishek said his nervousness was once misinterpreted as anger, prompting photographers to ask why he looked upset. He clarified that he was simply feeling anxious, not angry.
