The Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) has released a report detailing damages caused by rainfall across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa since March 25.
According to the report, at least 45 people have lost their lives and 105 others have been injured in various rain-related incidents.
The PDMA stated that a total of 442 houses were damaged, including 382 partially damaged and 60 completely destroyed.
The authority has directed district administrations in affected areas to ensure the prompt provision of relief supplies to those impacted by the rains.
It further warned that another spell of rainfall is expected across the province from April 6 to April 9.
Meanwhile, PESCO officials said that all feeders affected during the rains have now been restored. Out of a total of 235 feeders, faults were reported across multiple points during the weather conditions.
Officials added that where possible, electricity supply was maintained through alternative routes to minimise disruption.
