Ishaq Dar meets multiple foreign ministers in Riyadh

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar held a series of meetings with foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Saudi Arabia, Turkiye and Egypt on the sidelines of an Arab-Islamic gathering in Riyadh, focusing on regional peace and stability.

According to a statement issued by the Foreign Office spokesperson, the meetings included detailed discussions on the evolving regional situati

on and collective efforts to promote peace and stability across the region.

During his meeting with the Azerbaijani foreign minister, Ishaq Dar discussed bilateral relations and exchanged views on the changing geopolitical environment. Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening ties between the two countries.

The deputy prime minister also met Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan in Riyadh. The two leaders reviewed the evolving regional situation and reiterated their resolve to deepen Pakistan-Turkiye relations and continue close cooperation.

The Foreign Office said that all meetings reflected a shared understanding on the importance of regional stability and enhanced diplomatic engagement among friendly countries.
