Karachi (Lord Media): Construction of 5,000 toilets has been completed in the rural areas of seven districts in Sindh. The absence of toilets has always been a significant issue in these regions, leading to various problems due to inadequate sanitation and privacy arrangements.
The project, initiated by a welfare organization, began in the village of Ratokot in Larkana, where concrete toilets were constructed. This initiative has brought relief to the local population.
The project expanded from the underdeveloped areas of Larkana to seven districts across Sindh, resulting in the construction of over 5,000 toilets so far.
Local residents report that the construction of these toilets has provided considerable convenience to women, the elderly, and children, and has significantly improved sanitation conditions.
