The Pakistan Super League (PSL) has introduced a new feature aimed at enhancing the historic rivalry between Karachi Kings and Lahore Qalandars, commonly referred to as the “El Clasico” of Pakistani cricket.
According to details, organisers have launched a “Mathematical Legend Board” designed to visually document the head-to-head history between the two sides in a unique and statistical format.
The board adds a new tile after every match, representing the winning team, gradually building a complete visual timeline of their rivalry over the years.
So far, the record displayed on the board shows 16 wins for Karachi Kings, while Lahore Qalandars have secured eight victories, both of which are reflected in the evolving display.
Officials say the initiative aims to make the rivalry more engaging for fans by presenting match history in a dynamic and interactive way rather than traditional records alone.
Cricket followers have welcomed the concept, saying it adds a new dimension of excitement and helps highlight the evolving competition between the two PSL sides.
