Renowned Pakistani actress and host Fiza Ali has shared candid details about her age, showbiz journey and marriage, including key revelations about her haq mehr.
In a recent interview, Fiza Ali disclosed that she was born in 1984 and entered the entertainment industry at the young age of 15. Reflecting on her personal life, she said she had always sought love and companionship, adding that she has now found both.
“I am 41 years old, and at this stage, there should be no objection to expressing love and emotions,” she remarked.
Speaking about her marriage, the actress revealed that she tied the knot with Ejaz Khan on Eid-ul-Fitr 2026, describing it as her third marriage. She added that her husband, who belongs to the United Kingdom, is currently residing in Pakistan after their marriage.
Fiza Ali also discussed the issue of haq mehr, stating that she preferred a simple nikah and had initially proposed a modest amount between Rs5,000 and Rs7,000 in line with Shariah principles. However, she said her husband offered a significantly higher amount, including Rs10 to Rs20 million and property, which she declined.
According to the actress, the final haq mehr recorded in the nikahnama was Rs1 million, agreed upon at her husband’s insistence, despite her reservations.
She emphasized that for her and her family, the presence and support of a spouse hold greater value than financial considerations. The nikah ceremony, she added, was kept simple, with only two gold rings exchanged as gifts and no extravagant arrangements made.
