On the Pakistani side, the Prime Minister was assisted by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar and Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi.
Commending the commitment of both delegations to engage constructively, the Prime Minister expressed hope that the talks would serve as a stepping stone toward durable peace in the region.
He reiterated that Pakistan remains committed to facilitating dialogue between the concerned sides and looks forward to continuing its role in helping achieve sustainable peace and stability.
The meeting comes at a time of heightened regional tensions, with Islamabad positioning itself as a mediator to promote diplomatic engagement and conflict resolution.
