GUIYANG: As part of the 2026 China Storyteller Partnerships program, an international delegation of journalists and digital media influencers visited Guiyang, the capital of Guizhou Province, where they experienced the city’s unique blend of modern development, cultural richness and natural beauty.
Recognized as a key regional hub in Southwest China, Guiyang has emerged as an important center for transportation, economic growth and cultural exchange. Covering over 8,000 square kilometers and home to more than six million people, the city reflects both a deep historical legacy and a forward-looking development vision.
