Veteran Pakistani actor Usman Peerzada has revealed that he was recently offered to undergo cosmetic surgery but chose to decline, emphasizing his belief in natural aging.
Speaking during a recent podcast appearance, the senior artist shared insights into his lifestyle and approach to maintaining his appearance. He said he has never undergone any cosmetic procedures and relies on simple habits, including washing his face with glycerin soap.
Peerzada said that a friend suggested cosmetic surgery due to wrinkles appearing on his neck, but he refused the offer, adding that such procedures often result in “frozen and unnatural expressions.”
The actor also advised those associated with the showbiz industry to focus on a healthy lifestyle instead of cosmetic enhancements. He stressed that a balanced diet and regular exercise are sufficient to maintain fitness and appearance.
Reflecting on his age, Peerzada noted that he is now 75 and feels he looks appropriate for his years. He attributed his health and vitality to lifelong habits, particularly his regular intake of milk, which he continues to consume as part of his daily breakfast routine.
