Progress has been made in the case concerning well-known YouTuber Saad-ur-Rehman, also known as Ducky Bhai, regarding the handover of his social media accounts and ATM cards.
The hearing was held at the Lahore District Court before Judicial Magistrate Naeem Wato, where Ducky Bhai’s legal team filed the application for the handover of his accounts and banking cards.
The lawyer representing the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) informed the court that the investigating officer is currently in Islamabad and that the case file has not yet been returned by Shoaib Riaz.
During proceedings, the magistrate questioned Ducky Bhai’s lawyer on how his client used his YouTube account. The lawyer clarified that the main account is with NCCIA and was used as an editor account.
The lawyer further requested that four credit cards and the corresponding amounts belonging to his client be handed over, noting that the electronic devices and mobile phones in question are currently with NCCIA.
The NCCIA requested additional time to submit a report. The court ordered NCCIA to present the report by December 15.
