U.S. strikes in Iran kill 30, injure over 260

TEHRAN (Lord Media): On the fifth day of escalating tensions between the United States and Iran, over 30 civilians were killed and more than 260 injured in U.S. strikes in southern Iran. Iranian government spokesperson Fatemeh Mohajerani confirmed the casualties on social media and expressed condolences to the grieving families.

The Iranian military confirmed that seven soldiers were killed in U.S. missile attacks on the Bamapur garrison in southeastern Iran’s Iranshahr. The military condemned the attack as cowardly aggression and vowed a decisive response.

According to the Iranian news agency, the U.S. military launched thirteen missiles at Bamapur, resulting in the deaths of seven personnel from the 388th Brigade and injuring several others. The Iranian military stated that their defensive measures helped limit the casualties.

Iran’s Health Ministry spokesperson Hossein Kermanpour reported that over 260 people were injured in the recent U.S. attacks, with 222 individuals discharged after receiving medical treatment. Among the injured are three children under the age of 18.

It is noteworthy that U.S. forces have imposed a naval blockade on Iran’s ports and targeted dozens of Iranian sites, continuing the conflict between the two nations into the fifth day.
