ISLAMABAD (Lord Media): The Islamabad High Court expressed strong displeasure at the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) for failing to submit a response. The court has postponed the hearing on the regularization requests of 43 contract employees above grade 16 until July 24.
Justice Azam Khan presided over the hearing concerning the petitions of 43 employees, including Amir Sohail Anjum. The court extended the order to halt disciplinary action against NCCIA employees.
The court warned that if a response is not submitted by the next hearing, a decision will be made based on the available record.
