Trump says Iran deal is over after failed negotiations

Ankara (Lord Media): U.S. President Donald Trump announced that the U.S. military action against Iran was a response to recent Iranian attacks, emphasizing that Iran will not be allowed to acquire nuclear weapons. Trump stated that the memorandum of understanding with Iran has ended as Iranians wasted time in negotiations.

Speaking to journalists during the NATO summit, Trump said the U.S. conducted military action in Iran to retaliate against Iranian attacks. He claimed that Iran’s military leadership has been eliminated, though this has not been independently verified.

The U.S. President expressed regret over the time wasted in negotiations with Iran, asserting that the U.S. stance on Iran’s nuclear program is clear. Trump mentioned dissatisfaction with NATO’s performance and expected more support from NATO on the Iran issue.

He noted that the U.S. provides the most financial support to NATO and urged allied countries to fulfill their responsibilities effectively. Trump met with NATO’s Secretary General to discuss global and regional matters.

Regarding Spain, Trump stated he is not interested in relations with Spain. Criticizing Iran, he said Iran has been causing problems for various countries around the world for the past 47 years.
