Iran launches missile strikes on US bases in Bahrain and Kuwait

Tehran (Lord Media): Iran’s Revolutionary Guards launched missile and drone attacks on US military bases in Bahrain and Kuwait. This action was in response to US military bombings and sanctions on Iran’s oil sales. Following the attack, sirens sounded in Kuwait and Bahrain, with Kuwaiti forces reporting that their defense systems engaged incoming missiles and drones.

The US Central Command stated that these attacks were retaliatory for assaults on three oil tankers in the Strait of Hormuz. The US military also targeted Iran’s missile and drone launch sites.

According to Iranian media, the attacks occurred at Iran’s key oil hubs, Kharg Island, Qeshm Island, and Bandar Abbas, damaging fish docks and commercial bases, with several individuals injured.

Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters condemned the US attacks, calling them blatant aggression and asserting that Tehran will not tolerate US interference in the Strait of Hormuz.

Iran’s chief negotiator, Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf, stated on social media that the era of bullying is over and they will not back down, while the Iranian Foreign Ministry affirmed that Iran will take necessary steps to protect its national interests.
