Islamabad (Lord Media): Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has reiterated his commitment to eradicating terrorism. Speaking at a federal cabinet meeting, he expressed deep sorrow over the martyrdom of Group Captain Asim Tariq, who sacrificed his life to protect a woman. He praised the security forces for killing 15 terrorists, stating that they are working tirelessly to eliminate terrorism.
The Prime Minister attended the funeral of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei during his visit to Iran and paid tribute to him. In a terrorist attack at Ziarat in Balochistan, two SHOs and seven other personnel were martyred, and 15 terrorists were killed.
During his visit to Turkiye, Shehbaz Sharif met with Turkish business groups, inviting them to invest in energy, mining, minerals, and infrastructure sectors.
