Gilgit (Lord Media): Newly elected Chief Minister of Gilgit-Baltistan, Amjad Hussain Advocate, is set to take oath today. The main ceremony will be held at the Chief Minister’s Secretariat in Chinar Bagh, where all arrangements have been completed. Governor Gilgit-Baltistan Syed Mehdi Shah will administer the oath.
The event is expected to be attended by Pakistan People’s Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, along with central and provincial party leadership, elected representatives, and other political and social figures. Bilawal Bhutto will also visit the Martyrs’ Memorial in Gilgit.
Special security and traffic arrangements have been made to ensure the smooth and safe arrival of guests and the public.
