Peshawar (Lord Media): In a historic move, Sonia Shamroze has been appointed as the first female District Police Officer (DPO) in Nowshera, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Previously serving as AIG Establishment, Shamroze has now taken charge as Nowshera’s first female DPO.
Sonia Shamroze is an accomplished officer, having received an international fellowship in criminology from the United Kingdom. She has also been awarded as one of Asia’s top female officers.
