Kasur (Lord Media): A case has been registered against eight individuals over the alleged illegal kidney transplant at a private hospital in Kasur district, Punjab. The complaint, filed by the District Health Officer, names three suspects while five remain unidentified.
According to police, during the operation, the patient, Sakina, was found in critical condition. The transplanted kidney and related equipment were seized at the scene.
Authorities also recovered blood-stained surgical equipment and cash from the arrested suspects. Investigators report that the suspects were part of an organized group involved in illegal transplants across various cities.
