New Delhi (Lord Media): A Delhi court has denied immediate relief to Bollywood superstar Salman Khan in the film ‘Kala Hiran’ case, postponing the hearing to July 1. The hearing, led by Justice Madho Jain, involved a case against the film ‘Kala Hiran: The Battle for Legacy’. Senior Advocate Sandeep Sethi, representing Salman Khan, argued that the film is based on Khan’s life and misuses his public identity without permission. The filmmakers’ lawyer informed the court that they have not received complete case documents and that the production team is receiving threats. The court has ordered Khan’s legal team to provide full case documents to the filmmakers.
