Pakistan mediates Iran-US peace deal, India reacts

New Delhi (Lord Media): Pakistan’s successful mediation in the Iran-US peace agreement is being hailed as a diplomatic triumph, drawing criticism towards the Modi government in India. Indian opposition and media have labeled Pakistan’s diplomatic success as a failure of the Modi administration.

According to the Indian publication, The Tribune, Congress General Secretary Jairam Ramesh stated that naming the agreement as the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding signifies Pakistan’s growing importance.

Indian media reports suggest that Pakistan’s increasing influence in West Asia is causing concern for India. A report by Business Standard indicated that Israel’s support could be detrimental to India.

Experts argue that due to the Modi government’s failures, India faces challenges on diplomatic and defense fronts, while Pakistan’s significance is on the rise.
