PTI leader criticizes party’s internal dictatorship

Peshawar (Lord Media): Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and former Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has labeled the party’s declaration as an internal dictatorship. Ali Amin stated that during his tenure, provincial presidents within the party also spoke against his government, but no declarations were ever issued.

Ali Amin Gandapur, through an audio message in the party’s parliamentary WhatsApp group, urged that members with differing opinions should not be threatened, but rather their concerns should be addressed. He warned that a dictatorial approach could further deteriorate matters.

According to the PTI declaration, members who raise party issues in the media should not be contacted. Meanwhile, Mushtaq Ghani stated that he did not violate party discipline, but merely mentioned the PTI founder’s name. Idris Khattak remarked that the notification indicates that raising a voice for the PTI founder has become a crime.

It is noteworthy that the PTI leadership has decided to halt the ongoing negotiations with disgruntled members and has issued an official declaration in this regard.
