Karachi (Lord Media): Pakistan’s foreign exchange reserves increased by 35.7 million U.S. dollars during the business week ending on June 5, according to the State Bank’s data. By June 5, the country’s total foreign reserves reached 22.62 billion U.S. dollars.
The State Bank reported that the central bank’s reserves grew by 24.8 million U.S. dollars, bringing the total to 17.21 billion U.S. dollars. Meanwhile, commercial banks’ reserves increased by 10.9 million U.S. dollars, reaching 5.45 billion U.S. dollars.
