PESHAWAR (Lord Media): Six members of a family, including a husband, wife, and their children, were killed after a fire broke out in a house in the Tehkal Payan area of Peshawar.
According to rescue officials, the bodies of six people were recovered from a room during a search operation following the fire. Officials said the victims apparently died due to intense heat and suffocation caused by smoke.
The rescue teams conducted operations at the site, while authorities began an investigation to determine the actual cause of the blaze. Officials stated that the fire erupted in a portion of the house where furniture and other household items were stored.
