Shivpuri (Lord Media): A female YouTuber in India’s Madhya Pradesh, Rachna Gujar, faced an unfortunate incident when thieves stole jewelry and valuables worth millions of rupees from her home after she showcased them on social media.
According to reports, Rachna Gujar, who has around 100,000 followers on social media, recently uploaded a vlog featuring her wearing the jewelry. The day after the video was uploaded, unknown thieves broke into her house and stole the jewelry shown in the video.
The woman stated that the thieves took jewelry worth approximately 1 million rupees along with other valuable items and a carton of energy drinks. She has filed a complaint at the Nawar Police Station.
Police officials have stated that they are closely examining CCTV footage, which shows the thieves adjusting the camera angle.
Following the incident, a debate has erupted on social media regarding the safety of displaying valuable items online.
