On this occasion, Nora Fatehi, a Moroccan-Canadian singer, performed the song ‘Sirr Sirr’ alongside French rapper Vegedream and Bangladeshi DJ Sanjoy.
During the ceremony, Toronto’s stadium was adorned in traditional red and white colors, enhancing the festive atmosphere.
On the first day, the host team Canada faced Bosnia, while the second match is set between the United States and Paraguay.
