Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan Jiang Zaidong said on Tuesday that China fully support of of Pakistan’s continued efforts to facilitate engagement between the United States and Iran, aimed at promoting sustained peace and stability in the region and beyond.
The ambassador called on Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Ishaq Dar, with both sides discussing evolving regional dynamics and reaffirming close bilateral coordination.
The interaction comes amid ongoing diplomatic efforts to ease tensions in the Middle East, where Islamabad has been advocating dialogue and constructive engagement between Washington and Tehran.
Dar reaffirmed the Pakistan–China All-Weather Strategic Cooperative Partnership, underscoring the enduring strength of bilateral relations. He emphasized the importance of sustained high-level exchanges and close coordination between the two countries on regional and global issues.
