A delegation from China’s Ministry of National Defense visited Europe from March 23 to 29 to participate in a series of institutional dialogues, according to a statement posted on the ministry’s official website.
During the visit, the delegation took part in the 15th China–European Union Dialogue on Defense and Security Policy, the 9th China–NATO Security Policy Dialogue, and the 15th China–Switzerland Defense Policy Coordination Dialogue.
According to the statement, participants in these engagements held in-depth discussions on international and regional security developments, as well as other issues of mutual concern.
Officials described the meetings as part of ongoing efforts to maintain communication channels and promote dialogue on defence and security matters between China and European partners.
