NADRA ID services now available at selected E-Sahulat franchises

NADRA has launched a pilot project allowing selected E-Sahulat franchises to provide national identity services, including reprinting and renewal of lost ID cards, officials said.

The initiative aims to bring NADRA services closer to citizens’ homes by offering an alternative service channel. The pilot has begun in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, and Karachi.

Initially, 18 E-Sahulat franchises will offer NADRA services, each staffed with a designated NADRA officer. Services will be provided at the standard NADRA fees, with an additional E-Sahulat service charge of 100 rupees.

The spokesperson said the E-Sahulat network comprises more than 22,000 franchises nationwide. Over 9,500 franchises also provide biometric facilities, enabling access for illiterate citizens and those without smartphones.

Officials noted that the initiative is expected to reduce overcrowding at NADRA centers and ease travel burdens for citizens. Following the pilot’s success, the service will be expanded across the country. A full list of participating E-Sahulat franchises is available on NADRA’s website and social media channels.
