The Pakistan Super League (PSL) hosted a highly successful roadshow at the historic Lord’s Cricket Ground, attracting cricket fans, business leaders, investors, and media representatives from around the world.
Officials from the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) briefed attendees on the league’s achievements, future plans, and efforts to expand the PSL globally. The roadshow also highlighted the league’s digital streaming, sponsorships, and participation of international cricket stars in previous seasons.
Investor interest was particularly strong in the two new teams set to join PSL Season 11, a development the PCB described as a “very positive and encouraging” sign for the league’s growth.
PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi praised the event’s success and thanked the investors, Lord’s management, and organisers. He said the PSL has evolved from a domestic T20 tournament into a major international sports brand. “The interest from investors demonstrates the increasing global confidence in PSL,” he said.
Naqvi also emphasized the pride of holding the roadshow at Lord’s, calling it not just a PCB achievement but a symbol of a peaceful, cricket-loving, and progressive Pakistan.
The London roadshow showcased the league’s robust infrastructure, transparent management, and growing value in the global sports market. Investors appreciated the league’s professionalism, organizational standards, and potential for long-term growth.
