ISLAMABAD (Lord Media): The procedure for receiving applications and expenses for Hajj 2027 has been finalized. According to the Ministry of Religious Affairs, applications for the government Hajj scheme will begin in the third week of August, allowing participation from overseas Pakistanis.
Sources from the Ministry of Religious Affairs have indicated that Hajj expenses will be collected in two equal installments, with half of the amount due in the first installment and the remainder in the second. Once the quota is filled, no further applications will be accepted.
The total quota for Hajj 2027 has been set at 179,210, with 60 percent allocated to the government Hajj scheme and 40 percent to the private Hajj scheme.
