WASHINGTON (Lord Media): An American website has claimed that Iran warned U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance that President Trump’s special envoy, Steve Witkoff, and son-in-law Jared Kushner were gaining financial benefits during negotiations. During talks held in Switzerland last month, Iranian officials informed the U.S. Vice President that the presence of Witkoff and Kushner would prevent a lasting deal as they sought to exploit the economic market.
According to the website, the amount amassed through manipulation reached 9 billion U.S. dollars by June. However, the Trump administration has dismissed these claims by Iranian officials. Iranian authorities also objected to Witkoff and Kushner continually updating the Israeli Prime Minister on critical matters.
A U.S. official stated that since the start of negotiations, Witkoff and Kushner have been in almost daily contact with the Israeli Prime Minister and the head of Mossad. Iranian officials provided written documents to the U.S. President’s intermediaries, stating that Trump’s close associates were engaging in financial market mischief.
White House spokesperson Anna Kelly labeled the report as Iranian propaganda. However, sources close to the Vice President confirmed that the Iranians had objected to the presence of Witkoff and Kushner. Iranian officials also claimed that Witkoff was inexperienced in diplomacy and misrepresented the Iranian stance.
Sources indicate that Iranian officials wish to increase the number of personnel in the negotiation team. Furthermore, according to U.S. media, the President of Kazakhstan is expected to formally announce today that his country is joining the Abraham Accords.
