ISLAMABAD (Lord Media): The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has issued new travel guidelines for Pakistanis with dual citizenship. According to these guidelines, no Pakistani will be allowed to enter the country from abroad with an expired NICOP, and entry will also be denied on a canceled NICOP.
Sources indicate that possessing a Pakistani visa or a valid NICOP is mandatory for entering Pakistan. Travelers holding foreign passports must have either a Pakistani visa or a valid NICOP to gain entry.
This restriction applies to travelers arriving from all countries, including the United Kingdom. The Ministry of Interior has informed immigration authorities of the new guidelines, which have been implemented at all airports.
