RAHIM YAR KHAN (Lord Media): A tragic incident occurred in Rahmat Niazi Colony where a three-year-old child died after falling into an open manhole while playing outside his home. Rescue sources reported that the manhole cover was broken, causing the child to fall suddenly. The child was immediately taken to Sheikh Zayed Hospital for medical assistance, but despite doctors’ efforts, he could not survive.
The death of the innocent child has caused an uproar in the area, leaving the family devastated. Taking notice of the incident, the Deputy Commissioner of Rahim Yar Khan has demanded an immediate report and formed an investigative committee to ensure a transparent inquiry.
The administration stated that those responsible for negligence will be identified and dealt with according to the law.
