According to a statement released on Monday, offenders could face fines up to 50,000 Saudi Riyals, six months in prison, and deportation. The ministry emphasized strict enforcement of immigration laws, stating that violations will not be tolerated. All foreigners are urged to monitor their visa durations and depart Saudi Arabia in a timely manner to avoid legal action.
Additionally, violations in Mecca, Medina, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province can be reported by calling 911, while other regions should contact 999.
