LAHORE (Lord Media): Renowned humorist and writer Dr. Younis Butt has criticized actress Kubra Khan’s performance in the drama ‘Dr. Bahu’, labeling it as unimpressive. He stated that Kubra Khan portrays every emotion in the same manner, making it difficult to discern whether she is genuinely crying or not.
Dr. Younis Butt, a graduate of King Edward Medical College Lahore and creator of successful projects like ‘Hum Sab Umeed Se Hain’ and ‘Family Front’, shares satirical videos on his YouTube channel and comments on popular dramas.
He further added that Kubra Khan’s dialogue delivery is slow, causing the drama to feel unnecessarily prolonged, and subtitles seem necessary to understand each scene.
Dr. Younis Butt also commented on Shuja Asad’s acting, noting a lack of variety in his performance, as he appears to convey the same impression in every scene.
Regarding director Mehreen Jabbar, he remarked that she has the ability to slow down a fast-paced drama.
