Pakistan, Bangladesh agree to boost security cooperation

ISLAMABAD (Lord Media): Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi met with Bangladesh’s Interior Minister Salauddin Ahmed to enhance mutual cooperation between the two countries. During the meeting, discussions were held on various areas of shared interest, with a focus on increasing training and exchange programs for police officers.

Both interior ministers emphasized strengthening collaboration to combat cybercrimes and online fraud. Additionally, detailed discussions took place on the Iran-U.S. conflict and the current situation in the Middle East.

The Bangladeshi interior minister appreciated Pakistan’s constructive role in regional peace. Federal Minister Mohsin Naqvi stated that, by the grace of Allah, the Prime Minister and Field Marshal have played an unforgettable role in establishing peace. He further added that both countries should seize new opportunities to strengthen bilateral ties.
