TEHRAN (Lord Media): Iran’s President Masoud Pezeshkian has sent special messages to Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and leaders of Tajikistan, Armenia, Georgia, and Turkmenistan. In these messages, he expressed gratitude for their participation in the funeral of the late Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and their solidarity with the Iranian people.
President Pezeshkian, in his message to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, stated that the participation of the Pakistani Prime Minister and a high-level delegation in the funeral and burial of the martyred leader of the revolution will never be forgotten by the Iranian nation. He highlighted that the solidarity and affection shown by the government and people of Pakistan during this difficult time is a testament to the deep ties between the two brotherly nations.
The President expressed hope that the fraternal relations between the two countries, based on cultural harmony and shared values, will continue to grow. He mentioned that the martyred leader of the revolution held special affection for the people and government of Pakistan and considered the cultural ties between the two nations a valuable asset.
Masoud Pezeshkian also thanked the leaders of Tajikistan, Armenia, Georgia, and Turkmenistan in separate messages for their condolences and participation in the funeral. He stated that their expression of solidarity marks a memorable chapter in the historical relations between the countries.
The Iranian President expressed his commitment to expanding cooperation with neighboring countries based on mutual respect, shared interests, and fraternal relations. President Pezeshkian emphasized in his messages that the martyred leader of the revolution was always a proponent of strengthening relations with neighboring countries.
