PM directs embassies to find jobs for youth

Islamabad (Lord Media): Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has instructed Pakistani embassies to seek employment opportunities for the youth. During a review meeting, it was directed that overseas Pakistani embassies should identify job opportunities for young people and digitize the Protectorate of Emigration system.

The Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis, NAVTTC, and the Youth Program have been urged to provide skill and language courses with certifications. The Prime Minister stated that Pakistan’s workforce is talented, and every possible step is being taken to provide international-standard education and access.

Additionally, it was emphasized that embassies should expedite awareness and data provision on overseas job opportunities. The meeting was briefed that 800,000 young people have registered on the Digital Youth Hub, and training programs are ongoing.
