Gaza (Lord Media): Hamas has dissolved the governing body in Gaza, as confirmed by foreign media reports. Mohammed Al-Farra, head of Gaza’s emergency committee, has officially submitted his resignation to facilitate the transition to a national committee for Gaza’s administration.
A Hamas official stated that the path is now clear for a technocrat committee to oversee civil governance, with the matter now in the hands of mediators.
A Hamas spokesperson mentioned that Hamas has fulfilled its responsibility, and it is now up to the guarantor countries and the U.S. administration to ensure the agreement’s implementation. Mediators are urged to press the parties to allow the national committee to enter the area.
