Washington (Lord Media): U.S. President Donald Trump expressed surprise at the large turnout for Iranian leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei’s funeral. Speaking to an Axios journalist, President Trump remarked that he was astonished to see Iranians mourning for Khamenei, as he believed they despised him.
President Trump further stated that he could have targeted everyone present at Khamenei’s funeral if he wished, but chose not to, as it would leave no party for negotiations.
Trump mentioned that Iran and the United States have mutually agreed to temporarily pause negotiations.
