Tehran (Lord Media): Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf has acknowledged Pakistan as a genuine friend during challenging times. In a meeting with Senate Chairman Yousaf Raza Gillani, Ghalibaf appreciated the camaraderie of the Pakistani people and leadership. He further stated that Pakistan has been a sincere friend to Iran in both joyous and testing times.
Yousaf Raza Gillani remarked that Iran’s development will promote peace and stability in the region, emphasizing the need for both countries to strengthen their bilateral relations.
Additionally, Ghalibaf, in a meeting with the Vice President of the Chinese People’s Congress, stated that the United States will not be allowed to interfere in the Strait of Hormuz. He praised the political and economic cooperation between China and Iran, expressing optimism for the further enhancement of their strategic relations.
