Pyongyang (Lord Media): North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has declared that maintaining the country’s status as a nuclear state is the only option amid rising global conflicts. Addressing a meeting of the ruling Workers’ Party’s central committee, Kim stated that preserving North Korea’s nuclear position is essential to counter the global security situation.
Kim Jong Un criticized the imperialist powers, attributing the occurrence of unimaginable and shocking events worldwide to their gangster-like and greedy behavior, which he claims is escalating violence globally, holding the U.S. responsible.
The North Korean leader accused the U.S. and South Korea of endangering the Korean Peninsula’s security by upgrading their joint nuclear posture, asserting that their sole aim is to attack North Korea.
