Cairo (Lord Media): A limited-seating meeting of R-4 foreign ministers commenced in Cairo, the capital of Egypt, with participation from the foreign ministers of Pakistan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Turkiye. The meeting focused on regional issues, the implementation of the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding, and priority areas for mutual cooperation.
According to a statement issued by the Foreign Office on Sunday, the foreign ministers reiterated their commitment to dialogue, diplomacy, and regional leadership principles to address common challenges. Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Turkiye, and Egypt are strengthening their cooperation to establish a more peaceful, stable, and interconnected region.
