Lahore (Lord Media): A startling discovery has been made in Lahore, where 1,743 vehicles are registered under the name of a single individual, with outstanding e-challans amounting to Rs. 2,825,700. According to traffic police, the revelation came during a general hold-up in Muslim Town, when a motorcycle check unveiled that Muhammad Jamshed had such a large number of vehicles registered to his name.
Further investigations revealed 2,295 unpaid e-challans associated with his name. CTO Lahore Abdul Rahim Shirazi stated that this is an extraordinary case and a thorough investigation is underway.
Traffic police disclosed that Muhammad Jamshed is involved in the business of selling motorcycles, rickshaws, and cars on installments. The Safe Cities Authority and Excise Department have also been contacted to probe the matter further.
