Islamabad (Lord Media): The National Assembly unanimously approved a congratulatory resolution on the Iran-US peace deal. Law Minister Azam Nazeer Tarar presented the resolution, expressing satisfaction over the successful negotiations between Iran and the United States.
The resolution commended the Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister, and Field Marshal, along with the entire team, for their efforts. According to the text, Pakistan’s diplomacy has established the country as a credible and neutral mediator on the global stage. Under Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s leadership, Pakistan’s peace-loving, positive, and constructive global role was acknowledged.
The unanimous resolution emphasized the need to promote global peace, regional stability, dialogue, and reconciliatory diplomacy. The National Assembly deemed the historic peace agreement a significant step towards sustainable peace and stability in the region and the world.
The resolution declared Pakistan’s active, responsible, and reconciliatory role in establishing peace in the region as a national honor.
