According to British media, English fans managed to enter the stadium bypassing ticket and security checks.
Eyewitnesses reported that people were easily entering through gaps around the ticket-checking barriers. A fan mentioned that elderly female volunteers present were not preventing anyone from entering.
Police stated that specially trained personnel were on site, but the incident has raised concerns. A FIFA spokesperson claimed there was no evidence of ticketless entries.
