Karachi (Lord Media): Following the Iran-U.S. peace agreement, 2 trillion Iranian rials have been purchased across the country within four days. Malik Bostan, Chairman of the Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan, stated that 40 billion Iranian rials were bought on the first day of the agreement. He further noted a continuous rise in both demand and price of the Iranian rial.
The peace agreement has evidently sparked interest in the Iranian currency, as evidenced by the significant purchases made immediately after the deal. The increasing demand is also driving up the rial’s value in the market.
